System Artwork issues
Artwork has issues. Please check your email and reply us as soon as possible to avoid delay.
Why does system prompt artwork issues
All artwork issues are 100% machine prompt to ensure you have a good print product. There are issues which we can proceed if you are willing to accept the risk and some cannot as the final prints will be bad. We based on international printing standard. We do not just print and not inform you of the risk or outcome which we can anticipate. It is our commitment to inform you of all possible outcomes.

Artwork Required

We will not be able to quote you if you do not provide the following artworks;

  • Print Artwork
  • Spot UV Artwork
  • Die Cut Artwork
  • Hot Stamping Artwork
  • Emboss Artwork

The reason we required exact artwork is we want to confirm 100% we are able to do and understand your actual work.

We will not be able to quote you if you did not reply with actual artwork.
If you send us photos or images, it does not help as we require actual artwork.
Explaining to us in WORDS will not help as well as your artwork is direct instructions to how our machines will print and does the finishing
If you did not reply with the actual artworks required, we will not be able to quote and we will not reply to you.

Please do understand that we print and do finishing to your artwork and not to any photos, images or how you explain to us in words.
