Artwork File Check List for Sticker Printing

Preparing artwork can be a complex task. To avoid error, extra cost and delay, we have prepared a comprehensive checklist to assist you in preparing your artwork successfully.

✅Colour

Only CMYK colour mode is used in your artwork
CMYK not more than 240%
For Super Black, please use C40 M30 Y30 and K100 and Normal Black please use K100
Make sure the value between colours are at least 10% of different. (Tint / toning effect more obvious)

✅Line

No hairline less than 0.25pts

✅Images

All images are in CMYK colour mode
Resolutions of all images are set to or above 300dpi
Scanned Line Art / Black & white images resolution are set to or above 300dpi
Never manipulate images in vector software*

✅Text

No fonts of less than 4pts
Curve / Create Outline / Path all fonts

✅Artwork

Artwork MUST have 2mm bleed on all sides
Background design expanded to Full Bleed size
Vital elements are within Safe Zone
No crop marks are applied
Removed all guidelines and text descriptions

✅Design

All images have been exported / converted : Background, design effects, photos, images to TIFF files (not including text / vector images)
Never manipulate images in layout program resolution: 300 dpi
Colour mode: CMYK colour mode

✅PDF File Format

Artwork is saved in required file format : Adobe Acrobat Document 4 – version 1.3 (*.pdf)

Q: Can you advise on which material is suitable for me?
A: We do not give advise on material to avoid misunderstanding.

Q: How do i know which material is suitable for my product?
A: You can purchase our sticker sample kit which you can touch and feel.

Q: What it multiple die cut means?
A: It means you can input up to 30 designs of die cut shape in a sheet.
